Creating Unique Furniture Pieces
Creating our furniture is an inspiring and captivating process that begins with the birth of an idea and continues its life cycle on paper. In sketches and initial drafts, we seek innovative design solutions, embodying the creative search for form and image, which in the production process transform into beautiful pieces that adorn your space.
Materials
We pay special attention to the aesthetic, emotional, and tactile sensations of our furniture pieces, achieved through detailed work with finishing materials and their surfaces. In our furniture, we boldly combine stone, wood, metal, and glass, making them truly memorable.
How Our Furniture is Born
The birth of our furniture is a complex and captivating process involving many people, each leaving a part of themselves at every stage. Many of our production cycles are automated, allowing us to speed up the process and achieve higher quality results. Painting is done in special chambers, ensuring a high-quality finish. The creation of complex volumetric carpentry details is carried out using a CNC machine, which has opened up new technological possibilities for us in producing intricate components for our furniture.
Anton Petrov – Creative Director
Anton was born in Moscow in 1978. After graduating from the Stroganov Moscow State University of Arts and Industry, he began his creative journey in 2005 by founding his first architectural and design studio, ODS Laboratory, which later rebranded to ANTON PETROV Architects. In his work, Anton focuses on exploring new forms, images, and solutions, creating both architectural projects and furniture pieces, which are an integral part of his work.
Since the projects of ANTON PETROV Architects included complex carpentry and furniture solutions, the idea of creating its own carpentry production emerged. To this day, all carpentry solutions for the studio's projects are produced at this production facility. In 2021, the official birth of the furniture brand APF occurred, which currently occupies its own niche in the field of designer furniture manufacturing.

With a unique structural approach and technical acumen, Maxim approaches each new challenge and technological solution with great responsibility, requiring a separate production approach. Under his leadership, dozens of APF brand employees work daily, simultaneously involved in various production cycles, as well as furniture assembly and logistics processes. With over 20 years of experience in managing a furniture industry enterprise, Maxim fully invests his accumulated knowledge and efforts to bring the boldest solutions to life.
